This was my first time taking shrooms. I took 6 squares, I think this is PERFECT for beginners or if you are worried about the effects. Colors were a lot more vivid, mood better, and I was just so happy for the whole week after I took this. However, there was no visuals with 6 squares. Perhaps if I ate the whole bar at once there would be some. I would use this as a first experience or if you want to micro dose. I think I will stick to dried shroomies after this:)
